Restaurant & Bar

Our restaurant menu is 100% plant-based and driven by what is growing seasonally on our farms. Chef Bryan Oliver has crafted an elevated yet approachable take on vegetable-forward cuisine, with a focus on dishes that are meant to be shared with the table.

The bar program is another collaboration with the farms, led by executive bar director Matt Seigel, and offers a creative take on both spirits-based and non-alcoholic cocktails.
