Restaurant: Bookings now available for dinner Thursday through Monday and brunch on the weekends

100% plant-based menu highlighting the daily harvest of our farms
Our restaurant menu is heavily focused on what is growing seasonally on the farms with inspiration from California-Mediterranean cuisine. Because both regions share a temperate climate and nutrient-rich soil, produce requires little intervention. Additionally, we looked to cultures around the world with vegetable-forward cuisines and traditions focused on family-style meals.
The bar program is another collaboration with the farms, offering creative spirits-based and non-alcoholic cocktails. A flagbearer for sustainability, Little Saint's cocktail menu gives the farm's harvest a second or even third life in “closed loop cocktails” so that, from the farm to the kitchen to the bar, everything that is grown is celebrated.

Our Farm-Forward Ethos
The mission-aligned Little Saint Farm, along with SingleThread Farm, will be the main source of the diverse ingredients that appear on the menu. Both share a commitment to cultivating a biodiverse ecosystem with no-till practices to help develop healthy, rich soil to grow vegetables abundant in nutrition and flavor.
