A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Baking and Pastry Arts, Bianca honed her skills at The Matheson in Healdsburg before joining Little Saint’s team in 2023. Her blend of culinary precision and collaborative spirit makes her an integral part of both the kitchen and front-of-house teams, where she ensures seamless execution and a high standard of quality.
