Cafe & Lounge
Our lounge menu is 100% plant-based and driven by what is growing seasonally on our farms. Chef Bryan Oliver has crafted an elevated yet approachable take on vegetable-forward cuisine, with a focus on dishes that are meant to be shared with the table.
The bar program is another collaboration with the farms, led by bar director TJ Smith, and offers a creative take on both spirits-based and non-alcoholic cocktails.
Our Cafe offers a variety of seasonally rotating pastries, morning bites, and all day bites that can be enjoyed at our communal seating area or taken to go. Beverage selection includes chilled wines from our collection, housemade kombuchas, juices, and wellness shots in addition to teas, refreshing sparkling beverages and local beer and cider.
