Step behind the bar and explore Little Saint’s signature closed-loop cocktails, where ingredients from Little Saint Farm are transformed into vibrant drinks through creative, zero-waste techniques.
In this hands-on class, the Little Saint bar team welcomes Thad Vogler, two-time James Beard Award winner, author of By the Smoke and the Smell, and founder of Bar Agricole, a pioneer of the farm-to-glass cocktail movement.
Together you’ll learn how farm-grown herbs, produce, citrus peels, and other byproducts are repurposed into syrups, garnishes, and flavor components that bring cocktails to life. Along the way we will cover the foundations of cocktail balance, plant-based garnishes, bar tools, and flavor building while crafting and sipping two cocktails and a spirit tasting flight featuring Bar Agricole.
