Dan brings more than a decade of hospitality experience shaped by some of the country’s most celebrated dining rooms. Before joining Little Saint, he spent three years at SingleThread in Healdsburg, where he served as Captain, Sommelier, and Events Liaison—and was part of the team recognized by Michelin with the restaurant’s inaugural hospitality award. His earlier roles at Lazy Bear in San Francisco, Bell Wine Cellars in Yountville, and Guard and Grace in Denver deepened his perspective on service, beverage, and the memorable moments created at the table.

With a background spanning fine dining, wine production, events, and guest experience, Dan is driven by thoughtful connection. Whether guiding someone through a beverage pairing or supporting a team behind the scenes, he brings warmth, precision, and an unwavering commitment to hospitality.

Dan holds a BS from the University of Pittsburgh and an Introductory Sommelier Certificate from the Court of Master Sommeliers. When he’s not on the floor, you’ll likely find him exploring vineyards, tinkering with cocktails, or chasing down the next great meal.
