By placing an order or joining our Wine Club, you agree to these terms.

1. Age Verification
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine or any alcoholic beverage from Little Saint. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your state or jurisdiction, and that the recipient of any shipment is also 21 or older. An adult signature is required at delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to verify the purchaser's age.

2. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed or, for Wine Club shipments, at the time the shipment is processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

3. Wine Club Membership
Little Saint offers a recurring wine club membership. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your credit card on file on a recurring basis according to your selected club tier and shipment schedule.
You may update your payment method, manage your shipment preferences, or cancel your membership at any time through your online account or by contacting us at info@littlesainthealdsburg.com.
Cancellation requests must be received before your next processing date to avoid being charged for that shipment. We do not offer refunds on club shipments that have already been processed or shipped.
Membership benefits, pricing, and shipment frequencies are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.

4. Shipping
We ship wine to states where it is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to verify that wine shipments are allowed in your state. If a shipment is refused, returned, or cannot be delivered due to an invalid address or an inability to obtain an adult signature, you may be responsible for any applicable re-shipping or return fees.
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds
We take pride in the quality of every bottle we ship. If you receive a wine that is corked, damaged, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@littlesainthealdsburg.com and we will make it right — either with a replacement or a credit.
We do not accept returns of wine due to personal preference. All sales are final except in the case of product defects.

7. Limitation of Liability
