Welcome to Little Saint. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website at littlesainthealdsburg.com and any purchases made through our online store, which is powered by Commerce7.
By placing an order or joining our Wine Club, you agree to these terms.

1. Age Verification
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine or any alcoholic beverage from Little Saint. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your state or jurisdiction, and that the recipient of any shipment is also 21 or older. Valid government-issued identification is required at pickup. We reserve the right to refuse the sale or release of alcohol to any individual who cannot provide valid identification or appears intoxicated. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to verify the purchaser's age.

2. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed or, for Wine Club releases, at the time the release is processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

3. Wine Club Membership
Little Saint offers a recurring wine club membership. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your credit card on file on a recurring basis according to your selected club tier and shipment schedule.
You may update your payment method, manage your shipment preferences, or cancel your membership at any time through your online account or by contacting us at wine@littlesainthealdsburg.com.
Cancellation requests must be received at least 14 days prior to your next processing date to avoid being charged for that shipment. We do not offer refunds on club shipments that have already been processed or shipped
Membership benefits, pricing, and release frequencies are subject to change with reasonable advance notice. We reserve the right to substitute wines of equal or greater value based on availability.

4. Pickup Policy (No Shipping)
Due to our licensing, Little Saint does not offer shipping or delivery of alcoholic beverages at this time.
All wine purchases, including Wine Club orders, are pickup only at our Healdsburg location. Orders must be picked up by the purchaser or a designated recipient aged 21 or older with valid identification.
Title and ownership of all alcoholic beverages transfer to the purchaser at the time of pickup.
If an order is not picked up within a reasonable timeframe (generally within 30 days), we reserve the right to restock the items and issue store credit at our discretion.

5. Returns and Refunds
We take pride in the quality of every bottle we sell. If you receive a wine that is corked, damaged, or otherwise defective, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after pickup at wine@littlesainthealdsburg.com and we will make it right — either with a replacement (subject to availability) or a credit. Due to the nature of wine and storage conditions outside our control, we are unable to offer replacements or credits for concerns reported more than 6 months after pickup.
We do not accept returns of wine due to personal preference. All sales are final except in the case of product defects.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, graphics, and the Little Saint name and logo — is the property of Little Saint and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Saint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sonoma County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or membership in the Wine Club after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
